Dalian MICRON Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998. At the beginning 
since foundation, the company mainly produced nonstandard tools, fixtures, small tools, 
special equipment, etc. The company serves foreign funded enterprises in Dalian 
Economic and Technological Development Zone. 
In the recent 10 years, the company is mainly engaged in processing of precision 
miniature shafts and precision parts. The main products are divided into four categories: 
1. precision miniature motor shafts; 2. precision shafts for office machine use; 3. precision 
miniature shafts for automobile use; 4. various categories of small precision parts. 
The factory has over 20 NC automatic lathes, 8 precision centerless machinery and over 20 
whole sets of special equipment for processing of precision shafts, including cutting, 
heat treatment and processing of various elements ( holes, knurled thread, flat surface,  
stamp, etc). The factory has formed the production capacity of annual production of 
twenty million precision shafts. 

The factory has engineering technical personnel and inspection personnel who have 
been engaged in processing of precision shafts for many years. The factory obtained 
ISO9001 and ISO14000 certification in 2009. 
During the last three or four years, the factory produced some shafts for automobile use 
in small batches and established a set of prevention first quality management and 
control system according to the requirement of ISO/TS16949; the factory provides FMEA 
analysis for customers, develops PPAP documents and attaches importance to 
management of original records. When there are problems, it is possible to trace at any 
time, analyze reasons and develop and implement countermeasures, thus continuously 
improving the quality of the products of the factory. 
At present, 70% of the products are exported to Europe and the United states. Stable 
product quality, timely delivery and competitive prices have won the praise of customers.
